Tacos with Mango Salsa and Spicy Green Sauce

Sweet and spicy delicious tacos with fresh salsa, and peruvian green sauce.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Spicy Green Sauce

    • 4 Jalapeño Peppers
    • 1 bunch of Cilantro
    • 4 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
    • 2 cloves of Garlic
    • 1 Sprig of Ginger
    • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
    • 1 Lime

    Juice lime. Combine ingredients in a food processor and go!

  2. Mango Salsa

    • 1 Mango
    • 15-20 Cherry Tomatoes
    • 1 Red Onion
    • Dash of Salt & Pepper
    • Optional: Sliced Jalapeno, Cilantro, Lime Juice

    Slice ingredients into preferred shapes and mix them in a bowl.

  3. Cook Beef

    • 1 pound Ground Beef
    • 6 teaspoons Taco Seasoning

    Add the beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break the meat apart. Add the taco seasoning (chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper) to the meat. Stir well. Cook until the meat is cooked through, about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. For lighter tacos, use 1/3 cooked bulgar and mix with 2/3 ground beef.

  4. Warm Shells

    • 12 Taco Shells

    Place taco shells in oven @ 325 °F for 5-6 minutes.
