Quick and easy, but super tasty, who doesn't love perogies?
Poach Sausages
Put sausages in pan with 1/2 inch of water on high for 10 minutes (flip at 5 minute mark)
Cook Perogies
Heat pan to a medium low heat, then place frozen perogies on dry pan, they will come unstuck when they're ready to be flipped (about 5 minutes). Cook other side until browned. Add some butter if desired.
Cook Onions & Mushrooms
After the sausages have been poached for 10 minutes there should be very little water left, turn the element down to medium, and poke sausages with a fork on both sides. Cook onions and mushrooms and garlic in pan with sausages, 5 minutes.
Serve
Serve with sour cream.
