Cook Quinoa as per the instructions on the bag (cooking times and styles vary)
Cook Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and jalapeno, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Melange
Stir in quinoa, beans, tomatoes, corn, taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Add lime juice near the end.
Serve
Garnish with Avocado and Cilantro and serve.
